Victron Phoenix VE.Bus Multi Control 16A operates Phoenix MultiPlus remotely

Every Phoenix Multi/MultiPlus is ready to communicate with a computer through
its RS-485 data port. All you need to link to your PC and be able to set and
read out all parameters is the data link as shown. Moreover, all Victron Energy
products equipped with an RS-485 data port can easily be integrated in a computerised
monitoring and control system, such as VE.Net from Victron Energy.
Only for models: 12/800, 12/1200, 12/1600, 12/2500, 24/800, 24/1200, 24/1600,
24/3000
VE-Configure software and a UTP patch lead required.
Why we rate it GREAT STUFF!
When we changed our motorhome we transferred our MultiPlus to our new vehicle.
This had a leisure battery of a different capacity and ideally the output
of the MultPlus's integral charger should be set to match
the battery. Using the interface, and the software which can be downloaded
for free, we were able to make the adjustment ourselves.
PLEASE NOTE
that the interface can be used to change many different configuration
settings in the Multi products; it is very important that you take advice
before using this interface.
